    I suppose it depends if the school thinks it will remain temporary or not. I would at least put them in for garbage time.

    I would assume they are not allowed to play next year. I think this has more implications in the current NCAABB season than football next year. Any player who was not playing this year due to transfer can play for the next 14 days.
