will always wonder how 2010 would have turned out if not for the ankle injury against Mizzou and then 2013 if he'd been healthy the whole year. 2013 had some serious talent on that team.
NU would have easily won the Big 12. We still about won the conference running wildcat as our best offense in the Big 12 title game.

He played hard and he was very a talented runner and he was a better thrower than his form suggested.

I think in the end he'll have a pretty good legacy but there will always be a footnote with leading the NCAA in fumbles.

I remember being in Tucson for the UofA/Cockeye game the weekend of the Nebraska/Washington game in 2010...we were in a massive bar and literally everyone was glued to the Nebraska game to watch mafakin T-Magic...every time he hit the open field, the bar went wild. In that moment, I was convinced that Nebraska would be competing for National Championships within a year or two...fuuuuck.

Still love me some Taylor Martinez...

I’m surprised Martinez didn’t get killed with the way he ran straight up. He definitely was the fastest qb straight line we ever had with Crouch being a close second.

The game sucked, but this was my favorite T-Magic play

I was there at midfield in the first row of the 500 section...Great view... Teetering on the brink of death. I've never been scared to stand up at a sporting event before or since. But the rail was shin height, the aisle maybe 15 inches deep, with 100+ foot drop to my death below. We sat in the middle of the row and it was an adventure with my step dad at 70+ with double hip replacements getting to his seat. Legitimately scary.

Almost as scary as the final score, which taints the memory of what was T-Mart's greatest individual run.

“Builds apps” is so generic. I was googling and I only found mention from 8-10 years ago and it being a game. Anyone know what he’s doing now?

I was at the Rose Bowl for this run which was an incredible moment.

Of course, in traditional NU QB fashion, about half way through the 4th quarter of a tied game, he was sacked in the end zone for a safety that led to the loss.

Edit: Man, I just looked at the stats from that game. Defense gave up 653 yards. I think time has diminished our understanding of just how much Pelini regressed defensively. We couldn't get off the field against anybody with a pulse once we moved to the B1G.

Ameer had one of his worst timed fumbles in that game too.

Pelini is and always has been a fraud. Total dickhead too.
