According to Greg Smith - Dylan is working hard on convincing Wingo not to sign his NLI tomorrow to Texas.

I'm always gonna be skeptical about flipping guys who are already at a giant bag school. Texas is paying mega NIL $$$ to HS kids (hence why Wingo committed there in the first place).

Texas is hard to outbid in these situations. And Rhule has said he doesn't want to be offering giant bags to unproven HS kids. I think Wingo is not moveable. Much like Brandon Baker is not moveable (also at UT).
