A former neighbor whose land was close to mine was named Richard. Last name Head. He went by Dick. Dick Head. Was a nice enough older guy who passed about 5 years ago. I am sure he got lots of ribbing for his name over the years.
I had a customer contact named Richard Herr, but he went by "Dick." Dick Herr.

I’ll never shy away from the fact that I loved the weights program under Duval, but a giant red flag for me is when Eppley himself says something was underutilized by Duval. Given that Duval is a disciple of Eppley, that is absolutely unforgivable
